Rosemount Australian Fashion Week 2010 saw young Australian designer Dan Jones hold an offsite event to preview his debut collection as part of the biggest fashion event in the Asia Pacific. THE DAN JONES LAUNCH was held in a raw warehouse space where Dan previewed the collection before 180+ industry, media and guests.

Spring Summer 2010 dives deep into the waters of Love and Sexuality. The collection takes us through four different stages of love. Innocence, discovering it, knowing it and doing it. Presenting a conceptual collection with the use of soft power mesh, sequined tulles, luxurious italian fibers and embellished lace. Statuesque figures walked like characters born from dream to showcase the young designer eternal obsession with the glamour and seduction of sex.

As part of Rosemount Australian Fashion Week, Dan’s collection was on exhibition with The Australian Fashion Exchange iatthe Museum of Contemporary Art showrooms from the 3rd - 7th of May, 2010.

The event was definitely nothing less then a huge success. Guests were amazed at the calibre and drive that the 22 year old designer showed to present his collection "Dan’s launch was excellent this evening and he is a very promising new designer" said Ashan Winslow, Director of The Australian Fashion Exchange.
